How is this different from an ordinary ingredient cross-reference table?
The data source. Standard names, CAS numbers and formulae come from the ingredient dictionary, while the global registration count is aggregated live from the registration certificates on national official registers — not a fixed, hand-maintained number.
What if an ingredient is not found?
Try the English name or the CAS number. If it is still missing, the ingredient is not in the dictionary yet, or it has not appeared on the registers of the countries already live. We never substitute a look-alike result.
Is the registration count real time?
It follows each register publication frequency. The number shown is the true aggregate at the current collection stage — no estimates, no default values.
