Privacy policy
1. General
1.1 This Privacy Policy explains how gjds.net collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal information when providing software and data services, and what rights you can exercise.
1.2 Please read this Policy in full before registering or using the services; continued use signifies that you understand and agree to the processing described here.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account information: mobile number, email address, username and password credentials, organisation name, and taxpayer identification number (unified social credit code, for invoicing only).
2.2 Usage information: query and export records, login and operation logs, IP address, device and browser information, and service timestamps.
2.3 Payment information: order number, amount, payment status and payment-channel references; bank card and other payment credentials are handled directly by the payment institution, and we do not store your full card details.
2.4 Free tools record no input: unit conversion, registration-number validation and ingredient coverage run locally in your browser or call read-only public statistics endpoints. No login is required and we do not record what you enter.
3. How we use information
3.1 We use your personal information only to: create and maintain your account, provide and improve the services, settle and reconcile entitlements and quotas, issue invoices, protect account and system security (audit, risk control and abuse prevention), and send necessary service notifications.
3.2 We do not use your search behaviour for advertising, do not sell your personal information, and do not use it for purposes not stated in this Policy.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
4.1 We use session cookies to maintain login state and security checks, and browser local storage to save language and interface preferences.
4.2 Traffic analytics are performed in anonymised form. You can refuse or clear cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect features such as staying signed in.
5. Sharing and disclosure
5.1 We share information with partners only where necessary: payment channels (collection and reconciliation), SMS and email providers (verification codes and service notifications), and cloud computing and storage providers (hosting and backup).
5.2 We may disclose your information where required by law, the courts or administrative authorities.
5.3 Except in the above cases, we do not share or transfer your personal information to any third party.
6. Storage and protection
6.1 Your personal information is stored on servers within the People's Republic of China.
6.2 We protect your information with encryption in transit, least-privilege access and audit logs for privileged actions. If a personal-information security incident occurs, we will notify you and report to competent authorities as required by law.
6.3 Account information and transaction records are kept for the duration of your account and any period required by law; beyond that they are deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
7.1 You may review and correct your personal information at any time, and export your account data or request its deletion, through account settings or the contact channel in Clause 10.
7.2 Enterprise master accounts may view and manage sub-account information within their administration scope.
7.3 To close your account, we will verify your identity and then delete or anonymise your personal information, except records that law requires us to retain.
7.4 You may withdraw consent to the processing described in this Policy at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out on the basis of consent.
8. Protection of minors
8.1 The services are primarily intended for enterprise users and adult individual users. If you knowingly provide a minor's personal information, you should ensure that valid authorisation from the guardian has been obtained.
9. Third-party links
9.1 The Platform may contain links to official websites of source countries; your conduct on those third-party sites is governed by their own privacy policies, for which we assume no responsibility.
10. Policy updates and contact
10.1 This Policy may be updated as the business or the law changes; material changes will be announced in-product. Updated policies take effect from the date of publication.
10.2 If you have questions, comments or complaints about this Policy, contact us at sales@gjds.net; we will respond within a reasonable period.
