Registration expiry & renewal countdown
Enter a full registration number to see that certificate's real expiry date; a prefix only (e.g. PD2018) returns the hit count and country breakdown, not the records themselves. You can also enter the issue date and validity term to compute the expiry date, days remaining and when to start renewal.
Compute expiry manually (no database)
Only know the issue date and the term? Compute it here — the result is calculated server-side on this page, with no database query.
Scope: expiry and renewal timing are derived from the dates published on each country's official register; actual renewal requirements follow the authority's announcements. The suggested renewal start uses the platform's standard expiry-warning threshold.
About this tool
What is the difference between manual and database mode?
Manual mode only does date arithmetic from the issue date and term you enter — it never queries the database, so it does not depend on whether we have collected that certificate. Database mode returns the real dates published on the register for that number.
How is the suggested renewal start calculated?
It is counted back from the platform-wide expiry warning threshold (currently 180 days before expiry). Actual renewal requirements and document lists follow the authority announcements.
What if my certificate number is not found?
This tool matches the full number, so anything written differently from the register (beyond separators and case) simply will not be found — we say "not found" instead of showing a date that merely looks like an answer. A short prefix shows hit counts and the country breakdown, but no registration numbers; sign in for the full records.
